黑膠唱片對我來說已是歷史。曾經一屋也是黑膠, 多年前屋子大裝修, 加上光碟興起, 竟把所有黑膠唱片賣給一間唱片店。當天兩位仁兄開了van仔來搬貨, 好似見到寶逐隻碟看, 只見兩人眼睛放光, 只怕我不肯賣。一盒Elvis Presley的全集Album我想留為紀念, 他們死纏我也堅決不賣。現在沒有唱盤, 只留作紀念了。
我都没有黑膠唱盤了。唱片只是留念。本來舊屋裝修,把心一横,想把所以唱片全都弄掉,點知岳母竟然話,那些唱片很有紀念價值,堅持要我把它們留下,所以那一批唱片「命不該絕」。但和 Peter 兄一樣,黑膠已成歷史,很難要我再搞一部唱盤了。

It is very tempting to get a new turntable, after all those years of digitised music.
